Summer Running Series!

June 2 - August 26th, Tuesdays at 6 pm at Lincoln Park! 45 minutes of running or walking followed by 15 min of core, strength and stretch!

Group Runs!

EVERY Saturday 7:30 am!  Meet in the lobby of Choice Health & Fitness (indoor option available with day pass or membership)
